AT&T Ready to Go
The Task:
The new initiative aims to provide customers with a more convenient, personalized, and premium experience that meets the busy needs and demands of their lives. Collaborating cross functionally, we were responsible for developing the brand and creative for launch. It included creating the brand identity, guidelines, PR video, and all digital marketing tactics.
The Solution:
We directed a custom photoshoot which produced content that was consistent and felt fresh for launch. It aimed to capture the convenience and one-on-one value behind the service.
From the initial press release kit and digital marketing touchpoints, to the post delivery communications, we ensured quality and consistency throughout all customer touchpoints.
